Namark Products, Inc. is not a large company and we strive to meet all of our customers' needs. Therefor we have developed a group of policies to make sure that we can meet those needs.

In order to make sure that spelling and titles are correct, please do not give individual names and titles over the phone. Please mark names and titles clearly on purchase orders. Please provide as large, clear and detailed artwork as is possible on new logo orders.
Standard Terms and Conditions
- Net 30 days, subject to credit approval.
- F.O.B. Trinidad, Colorado
- Free shipping on orders of $20.00 or more, accompanied by a check for the full amount of the order.
- Prepaid orders under $20.00, add $1.00 for shipping and handling.
- Inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt. Namark Products is not responsible for claims made more than 10 days after receipt of order.
Return Marchandise
We do have a very liberal return policy, however, items that have been custom cut, printed or engraved will not be accepted for return without authorization.
- All return items are subject to a 10% restock charge.
- Any product found to be defective will be replaced.
